I have long enjoyed Nina Garcia’s fashion sense and advice – I have read her books and followed her on Project Runway.  When I saw the feature that Architecural Digest did on her home, I actually wanted her to adopt me!  Her gorgeous Upper East Side apartment was renovated and decorated by Carlos Aparicio and the results are stunning.  She followed the mantra of Tim Gunn and made it work!
