When it comes to Mondays, I agree wholeheartedly with The Carpenters and The Bangles – ugh! There is something about the first day of the work week that cries out for inspiration and fun (and a grande coffee, stat). For that reason, here at The Chic Files, we are going to kick off the week with a new feature called Fashion Monday.  What better than a little fashion eye candy to get the week started right?  For our first installment, let’s look at some easy transition pieces that will help move us from winter (the longest, most ridiculously cold winter in freaking forever) to spring.  These are variations of pieces that I will turn to time and time again to get me through the fickle temperatures.
