I don’t know about you, but I actually like appetizers better than the main course most of the time. Something about being able to have a variety of tasty bites is more appealing to me than a large plate of one thing. I especially love a great antipasto platter with nice glass of wine (could be my Italian heritage, or could be it is just so darn good!).
