My two and a half year old Goddaughter (note: the cutest, funniest and sweetest little lady I ever did meet) had her toenails painted for the first time last weekend! When given a choice, she chose blue. So, in honor of her first pedicure, I thought it would be fun to take a look at some great summer nail polish colors for “tootsies” as she likes to say, or for fingers.
