Audrey, Ballet flats

FASHION CLASSICS

The ballet flat has been around since the 16th century, if you can believe it. They became a classic modern staple when Audrey Hepburn wore them in the movie Funny Face in 1957, around the same time when Brigitte Bardot wore them in And God Created Woman. If you don’t own a pair yet, make sure to get a pair for fall; they can be dressed up or down for any occasion and are perfect when you want to give your feet a stylish break from high heels.

Hard to believe that this was over 50 years ago…the outfits are still classic and chic today!
