THURSDAY TOP 10

This has been a very challenging year. Those of you that are my close friends and family know just why.  I am thinking a lot, especially today, about the events of this past year  – and this list is comprised of what I try to remember each and every day. I think in one way or another we can all relate.
  1. Never take my health for granted – it is worth more than all the money in the world
  2. Be thankful for my friends and family –and tell them I love them whenever I can 
  3. Look up at the stars – and why not wish on one?
  4. Remember to breathe – it always calms me
  5. Hold hands with my husband – I am lucky he is my partner
  6. Play fetch with my dog – Phoebe loves the simple pleasures
  7. Play make believe with my niece – she sees the joy in everything and is so pure and sweet
  8. Enjoy the quiet moments – it feels good to sit in the sunshine and do nothing but take it in
  9. Say thank you to the universe for each new day – nothing is promised and life is fragile
  10. Don’t lose faith in the power of positivity and prayers – not everyone believes, but I truly do
