Homako Love

This past weekend, my favorite independent designer event went down in Downtown LA – UniqueLA! Whenever I leave UniqueLA – I leave with a new sense of creativity and a much thinner wallet. I never mind spending a little more on certain items there because I know how well made they are and I like to support all of our local designers!

On this last trip, I discovered Fabric Necklaces by Homako. They have that whole Anthropologie necklace feel to them, but they’re not which makes them that much better! I got this necklace for $40:

I’m excited to see what I can wear with it this Holiday season. There was another necklace I wanted but restrained from the day of which I later ended up finding her contact info and ordered directly from her. What do you guys think? This necklace is $34 and love the look against the striped shirt :)
