Only one more full day until the new year arrives, what to do hmm. Well of course you’re going to shop so I put together a list of some haute new books that will soon be available in January. Once the holidays are over it will be time to relax and enjoy something that you can buy for yourself. Why not a haute new fashion book? Here is my list of inspiring haute books that I want to check out in the month of January!

Hedi Slimane- photogrpahy portfolio will be available January 15, 2011. This stunning photography book glamorously shows off Hedi Slimanes work in one book. He is a well known fashion photographer who’s work expresses a dark high fashion tone. In this book Hedi uses some well known subjects to capture such as: Kate Moss and Pete Doherty. I think its something fun to keep around your house or on your coffee table. It will surely make a great conversation book at any dinner party. Actress and Singer Doris Day is known for her starring roles in 1950’s and 1960’s films like Send me no Flowers and Pillow Talk.
